28 Days: This is very good. 7 days is really all you need, but it does get more "deep" around 2 weeks. Holding strong at 28 days with only a slight fade. I'm not picking up any fizz, but it does taste like Black Cherry Soda. Maybe a good-quality hard candy if you didn't know it was a soda base.
