well took me a bit but i got it done. the vta carrot cake is pretty much a stand alone one shot but i just felt i could make it better and the hazelnut really takes this recipe and the cake to another level and the bakery spice adds some nice texture and sweet spice to the mix i have seen others using liquid barn bakers touch with good results as well.
the carrot in this is just enough for me its not to up front but is there balanced in the mix if you feel like more carrot then increase by .25% increments.

In recent versions i have increased the carrot cake to 3.25% and its been awsom
