Just a nice and simple blackberry bourbon creme, named in tribute to the greatest country song ever written;) adapted to reflect release date and to add the link to the song. Two week steep for the creams and blackberry to get to know each other. Some people might want to lower the blackberry to 2%, I have trouble tasting blackberry for some reason.
