Strawberry Blackcurrant Yogurt Drink.

This was adapted from the recipe Tuney's Tonic by Fresh03 (freshepies).
I've only ever used blackcurrant at less than a % to enhance other berries but after trying a strawberry blackcurrant yogurt recently that was really good I thought I'd try using blackcurrant as more of a main note. The base of this recipe being yoghurt drink already makes it a winner in my book. It's such a good concentrate that doesn't need a lot of work to be delicious. In Fresh's recipe he used lemon lime to boost the citrus note of the lemon drink and help brighten the blueberry that he had in there which is awesome so I kept it here as it also helps brighten the currant/berry combo. A little sweet cream was added just to boost the creaminess of the yoghurt drink. All in all this is tasty, if you like the somewhat odd berry flavor of blackcurrant , you should enjoy this!
