Sweet and creamy, with a sweet syrupy raspberry aftertaste. Very similar to Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream that we get here in the UK. Could probably get even closer with some tweaks, but very tasty as it is.

Does need at least three days to steep before everything starts to come together (and no doubt gets even better with more time).
