This is just an experiment, but my god it tastes so good! I might be tempted to bump the coconut up a little, but it's fantastic as it is.

Yeah, its not a strong flavour - its one I bought from a cookware shop on the chance it might be nice. 15ml of flavour for a couple of quid. I don't know how it would compare to something like a cap or inw flavour.
