I made this and just tried it without steeping and the pineapple seems overpowering. It's like i can taste only pineapple. Does it need steeping?

Yes, its need steeping for a few days. Also you can try add less of pineapple, approximately of 30% (5ml).
At least, try to leave the ejuice for breathing for a night, which give for a pineapple evaporates.

Have similar recipe with capella and mango @ 2% but cant quite get the tanginess the dude had gonna try white peach next

Pineapple fades to background after 2 weeks & green apple can add tanginess

Very nice. I prefer lil less pineapple! But its absolutely delicious
