Made it SAV finally... A day with a good creamsickle. I loved a Baby Float from the ice-cream truck as a kid. Vanilla ice-cream in orange soda. So, this is one of the first ejuices I tried to find.

This is getting better and better - I'm at one month steep now, and it's smoothed considerably out - Very nice vape! Just had to re-rate this one! :)

Excellent choice with CAP Sweet Tangerine.
#4 by WhiteRaven, Mar 8. 2016, 09:11
Hey :)
Anything else can be placed instead of tangerine?
#5 by Lars, Mar 8. 2016, 11:47
It's pretty essential to the recipe, but I guess you could try with say Mandarin (FA) at around 0.5-1%

Definitely gonna try this version, need to order more orange cream
#7 by Mawnstah, Jan 6. 2017, 18:28
Didn't you have Blood Orange in here before?
#8 by Pearl, Apr 3. 2017, 09:36
May I ask why you used TFA VB ice cream and not Capellas'. I know that alot of people say it is peppery and may go away after steeping. I have been looking at alot of recipes today like mustard milk etc....they all use Tfa VB ice cream. Does it work better with fruit, creamy, type vapes? I only have the Cap version and I did not order the tfa becasue of the peppery taste but now I might need to get it for these recipes. I want to try this one as it sounds so delicious and I have been hunting for a good orange cream to try. Thanks for the recipe. Will rate it when I get to try it and I have a feeling it will be top notch. Thanks

Had this in the box for 45 days and I was recoiling and wicking an addy. I have a bit of a cold/sore throat right now so I thought I'd give it a try. It's great, sweet citrus creamsicle with no harshness at all. Great vape if you like these flavors. Tks!

Made this 3 days ago, citrus was a little overwhelming at first but it's mellowed out considerably. I should note I used Orange Cream Bar (TFA) instead of the Orange Cream (TFA) so I'm not sure if that's part of what made it a bit overwhelming. Also the ice cream is starting to really come through. I'll be interested to see how it tastes after a week or so.

I'm one of those lot who find TPA vbic peppery and overpowering. So I replaced it with VBIC (capella) and let it steep for 2 weeks before taste testing. Good lord, this stuff is awesome. I'm happy that I made a 100ml batch because smaller batch won't have lasted long and it would have frustrated me immensely. I know it's not the exact recipe as I subbed one of the concentrates but kudos to you for giving me this ADV. Thumbs up brah!

1st Taste today after a week steep, really nice brew Lars :0)
Going to steep it 3 weeks more and see how it goes.
Thx for sharing mate, awesome recipe

Going to see if I can adept this with Lemon/Lime

Can the koolada be omitted? I've never been a fan. Is it really essential to overall taste of the recipe? I can't wait to mix this but the only thing I don't have is the koolada cause I can't stand it.
#14 by JustMe, Sep 20. 2017, 07:40
I (not so patiently) let this sit 3 weeks, and oh my...delicious! Perfect balance of orange and cream. I left out the koolada, since I don't have any. Luckily I'm not one of those who get the peppery taste off of tfa vbic.

Great recipe.
Very smooth after 3 weeks of steeping

Has anybody tried this in a flavor total of lets say 15%?

What would you recommend in the place of Koolada? For some reason, it really irritates my throat. I have had a few people tell me to try WS-23 but I am not sure.
#20 by Lars, Nov 8. 2019, 10:15
Any coolant should do - I am pretty happy with Polar Blast (FA) :)
#21 by 1967lefty, Nov 9. 2019, 06:24
Thank you. I am going to order the ws-23 and Polar blast.

The "original" is like that:
Dreamsicle v. Perfected
by Vurve, Mar 31. 2016, 02:50

2.50% Blood Orange (FW)
0.125% Koolada (TFA)
1.00% Marshmallow (TFA)
0.25% Meringue (FA)
3.00% Orange Cream (TFA)
0.75% Sweet Tangerine (CAP)
2.75% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TFA)
1.00% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)

Flavor total: 11.375%

#2 by Vurve, Mar 31, 13:27
It's pretty darn spot on. Been working on this for quite a few months now. The blood orange is vital though. It cannot be subbed or omitted.

#12 by Vurve, Apr 12, 23:32
Meringue should be FA. TFA could work, but it's just not the same.

#17 by Vurve, May 18, 04:37
Nothing replaces sweet tangerine, sorry. It's just the perfect top note orange for this recipe.
