Going for a deep and fairly tart apple, plum and rum cream. INW Two apples for the fresh, sour green apple with some bahraini to add depth and complexity. Bavarian, bourbon and VBIC for the cream base.

21.12.2015 first batch. Very interesting sort of baked apple smell, the two apples/bahraini combo will either be a disaster or a slam dunk.

1.1.2016 so far so good, something missing though. I'm thinking INW Plum. Also cream base reorganized.

13.1.2016 cinnamon quite prominent in the smell, surprisingly, hopefully time will heal. otherwise smells quite delicious.
