This is really good after a day sitting quietly in a dark room.
The dominant flavor is the Apple (Fuji FA is a great flavor) with the strawberry and peach rounding out the flavor and adding a good mouth-feel to the juice.
The day steep is to let the Koolada calm down a bit and not turn it into an artic blast. It is a cold vape, but not an artic one.
Dude you are a genius!!!.... Its my favorite DIY liquid ever!!!! Its a must try recipe, all my friends love it too.... and I have more than 50 recipes so far this one comes with an absolute 5 star!!!! Congrats and thanks for sharing....
Really good! Kinda reminds me of some type of energy drink I had many moons ago. Monster maybe?? I prefer the Koolada at 1% or under though or it starts to take over the strawberry and apple.
This very refreshing. I really like it in a dripper. Every bit of this juice compliments each other. Nice job and great recipe. You all need to try this.
Awesome! it became one of my ADV. at my taste, 0.5% koolada is enough. 1day apple is dominant. Week later flavours blend together. Nice sweet&cool aftertaste
This recipe is the bomb! It's replaced my blueberry yogurt ADV. Made at the same percentages other than 75/25 VG/PG and 1.5 mg strength . Also, this is the most coil friendly juice I've ever vaped. I can go almost 3 days of heavy dripping before having to clean my coils.
100%. I wish I could rate this more. It tastes like good times at the beach - just what I need in Ottawa right now.
Since i'm sensitive to flavors and easily get vaportongue i cut it down to 12% total flavor, gonna mix tomorrow and see how it turns out.
Fuji - 2%
Koolada - 1%
Juicy Peach - 4%
Strawberry (Ripe) - 5%
a very good recipe indeed, just mixed a 60ml bottle of this and did not expect that much but must say this is gonna be one of my top recipe from now on. great work on this one!
@Letmeread
Perhaps a little Stark Apple from FA? I use it in nearly all of my recipes to marry with Fuji now. Brings out the sweetness as I find Fuji to be quite a crisp, dry flavour.
@Letmeread
A small bit of INW Cactus is the standard answer when you want to add wetness to recipie. I think .5% in this (it's strong stuff) would actually be pretty good. Otherwise I hear good things about paring FA Liquid Amber with Fuji, I've never tried it, so not sure if it adds wetness exactly, but highly recommended.
I also think adding like 1% of CAP Sweet Strawberry would help out with giving it a wetter feel if you have that in your inventory.
Actually yeah, great shout by Proto! Might have to try that myself... but if you still want to try the Stark approach (teehee) I'd say go for 2%. Maybe even reduce Fuji to 2% also.
Added same Apple Stark as I suggested previously at 2% (keeping Fuji the same) and let it steep naturally for 4 days. Very nice! I've always preferred pairing these 2 as it brings out the sweetness of Fuji and it's the same here. Definitely highlights the apple more and it's a sweeter vape as a result.
I'd suggest a small mix to try if you'd perhaps prefer a less apple heavy flavour.
Just as an addition as well a response to the previous query about 'wetness', I found it didn't really make a difference in this regard. It's definitely still quite a crisp apple.
Mixed: 26.04.17
Tried: 13.05.17
@Geekvape Karma RDTA, spaced SS 316L coils, 3mm 7 Wraps, Dual Coil, 0.16Ohm, black ring mod, fresh battery, fresh cotton wick
Taste: A very nice and crisp apple. Not too sweet, not very wet. Cold but not too cold, the peach and strawberry are not really detectable but the apple shines in perfection.
Made exactly as in the recipe and steeped for more than 2 weeks
This juice is absolutely awesome. It made it in my ADV rotation while smelling it the first time. The first in-/exhale was exciting. A really great juice, definitely five stars.
Thank you very much for sharing this recipe! I really love this stuff and will make a 100ml bottle this evening because my 20ml test batch is gone in no time. During this time I vaped nothing else and I always have 3-4 atties in rotation with different juices. Once again: great recipe.
made this up yesterday as a 10ml and just tried it....i thought for sure the peach (juicy) was going to be too harsh at 6%...i have been very sensitive to it in the past...and o.m.g. i love it!! thank you for sharing this! will definitely be making a bigger batch, or 2, or 3 lol
Really want to try this. However, I only own cap juicy peach, or cap yellow Peach. All my experiences with cap juicy peach so far have been dreadful. Anyone tried either of these peaches with this mix at lower percentages?
Made the the other day, it's very nice, I omitted the koolada which I'm now thinking it had more of a purpose then cooling , it's too fruity for me , everything must have a bakery in it for me lol , but I was very impressed, gave it to my fruity vape tester to see what he thinks, thanks for this one
I made this a long time ago. The strawberry is very good but after it fades, which tfa strawberry ripe does, the juice tastes like a sweet crisp delicious Apple. It's REALLY good. I don't use koolada.
I mixed this today but made few alterations. I reduced koolada to 0.5% as I found this concentration to be best with fruits for me, its not harsh, it doesnt take over other flavors, and still gives a nice cool exhale.
I didnt have juicy peach so I subbed it for white peach from FA, which in my opinion is one of the best peach flavors around. Its still day one and will need sometime to steep but I dont expect to see a huge difference like that you see with creams, but so far it is tasting great.
I will be sharing my version of this recipe in few days after its been steeped and tested more.
@ChrisDavis This is more Apple than peach. It is a helper and needed, IMO.
The strawberry sub Jacko did is good, or just use Shisha. TFA Strawberry Ripe fades where Shisha does not. If you make a large batch and let it go a long time, you will end with a really good Apple vape. The strawberry ripe will be gone.
I've made a few batches of this, and I cannot recommend it.
I've tried it as a shake and vape and I've tried after letting it steep. (1-4 weeks) Overall the flavor is okay, but the metallic aftertaste is horrible.
Got 60ml of the stuff in a drawer for emergency use only.
Mixed a 100ml bottle as my third mix ever. After 2 days of steeping I have very muted to low flavor also very harsh. Vaped at 100 watts 0.19 double alien in my Augvape is a tad better. Also a single Clapton in my serpent mini didn't do it at all. Let a couple of friends try it, they liked it though. Reading some comments were steeping was more than a week. Putting this on the shelf for later then :) not a shake and vape apparently
After a day steep this was waay to strong for me, the TH from the peach was overpowering. After a week its mellowed out ALOT. I don't have Fuji so I subbed it with FW Green apple.
I like it very much, but its a little bland. Probably because of the FW apple, got some Fuji coming in soon and will try it again. Thanks
After a week trying it again on my mesh vape already a lot better. Crisp apple and a tad of mouthful peach. Will make more batches for sure but perhaps more vg more apple and less nicotine
Very nice tasting flavor. I left out the koolada and I added some TPA cotton candy which mellowed it out. Came out good after a day. It was harsh before I added the cotton candy.
Thanks for the recipe 👍
I used 2 drops of ws-23 (30%) instead of the koolada and it has a bit of a chilling effect, not an arctic blast. I think I'd prefer it plain and simple though and would leave out the ws-23 (or koolada for that matter) and just enjoy the regular flavors.
The flavors are very strong, especially on a dripper. You can likely drop flavor totals by 30% and still have more than enough flavor in your juice.
@MarkVHB The creator's notes are picture perfect but you decided to deviate from his recipe using 6% Apple. That is way too much for FA flavors, using too much will mute the flavor. Higher flavor % doesn't necessarily give you a stronger flavor. I'm not sure if you're just not used to working with FA flavors or whether you just don't understand how to use flavors in general. diyordie.com has a couple good educational videos that will explain you all about this. FA Fuji is usually used at 2% to give a strong apple flavor in a mix, at 3% it really dominates the other flavors.
In really like this stuff, I've vaped over two 50ml bottles of it since first trying it about 6 weeks ago. The only change I made was to decrease the Koolada down to 0.50%, since I do like it, but 1.5% was too much for my taste. Very good recipe, it's near perfection! Thanks for sharing!
I found a really great realistic juicy peach flavor is using (white peach (FA) @ 2% and apricot (FLV) at 1%) to me it's perfect at that percentage at standalone. I did try FA white peach and it wasn't that great.
I don't have peach (juicy) TPA..... I just ordered 2 hours ago the Fuji apple and when it comes in I'm going to try mine peach mix with this recipe.... thanks (sounds good)
Very well done. I modified it a bit. Cap Fuji apple same percentage. Dropped the juicy peach to 5% and added 1% of FA Peach White. This could definitely be an all day vape. Has just the right amount of sweetness.
After i mixed everything with a mixer and wait about 4-5 hours for white-ish bubles to vanish. This is just a peach flavor now, maybe a little apple flavor in it. But, i didn't steep it even a day, so i hope apple will become dominant later. I used a little more koolada i think, but it is just a cold vape not arctic still. Will comment again after a week, maybe 2 weeks(Since i made 300ml of it, i have 'plenty' to vape now :D and i seperated about 20ml so i can try. After i finish that one, i will try the one i left in dark) Oh, and this smells delicious...
Looked a just adds coolness to ur flavor. No menthol taste just nice cool throat. Polar blast FA is better... Doesn't mute the flavor and no off taste after a few days (Kolkata tends to have a very slight off taste after a few days)
Recommended usage is 1 drop off 10no and increase of you want cooler vape.
Hello! I mixed a 20ml (4%nic) batch on the 10th of November,17. After reguar tests starting the 15/11/17, it started with tasting fishy, which wore off (maybe the Koolada?) but I have finally found it shining today! The apple really cuts through.
I plan on mixing the larger batch now, but will lower the Koolada to .5%
Also as I detect no peach or strawberry, and plan to steep it for atleast 4 weeks, do I need to add them ? I have only just started vaping.
After 4 weeks, i really do enjoy vaping it. As i said earlier, i did 300ml and still have about 250-260 since i don't vape that much. Flavor is really good now and mainly you taste peach/apple but i will add more koolada next time for cold vape since i dont love hot steam.
To me, this recipie didnt live up to the expectations in the comments.
I feel like the peach is harsh and gives a "burnt hair" taste, but i have had that before, so its possible that i have a sensitivity for peach.
I will try this again, but with JF sweet strawberry instead of ripe, and dragonfruit instead of peach, or tune down the peach and add some sweetener.
I didn't have any Strawberry so I used Mango instead and lowered the Koolada to only .9% because I don't like it too cold. It was good the first day, but the peach and mango reaaly add a freshness that compliments the fuji apple better than alot of recipes. Super delicious. Can't wait to try the original when I get my new shipment of juices! Thanks for the recipe!
Actually I used the Apple instead of the Fuji apple because the store I order from didn't stock. Might let it steep more and see if the flavours develop a little bit. Might try with the green apple next time. Thanks :)
Finally got my flavours in to try it out.
As a shake n vape, I found the koolada quite calm, yet the peach was dominant. Hints of the Fuji made it out, but my palette is a bit muted to strawberry. Definitely still Vape ready as SnV and seems promising after the steep.
Tasty stuff!
@Farozz Of course you can use any other peach in the recipe, but like always, it won't be the same as this recipe and it's trial and error to find out if it works for you.
Some substitutions will work while others will result in something that just doesn't taste right. If you substitute, just recalculate the % based on the median use on the flavor page. There are many topics in the forums on how to calculate the % of a sub.
i used only 2 drops of koolada for 10ml . so its probably alot less glassy. but it is a fantastic juice nonetheless..... keep these Fuji recipes comin everyone!!!
This is one of the very first recipes I ever made. Tried it with the Koolada both at 1% & 1.5% and I think the 1.5% was better. Shake & vaped it and have been using it for 2 weeks...about 100ml & still one of my absolute favorites.
Do not mess with the recipe percentages, do not hesitate to add koolada as well. This recipe is perfect as it is, any alterations not recommended. I have been trying to find the most pleasant astro clone, and this one is the best I have tried so far, and oh boy I tried many.
@hOHM this is a well balanced recipe. Give it a try before you start adjusting %s. Yes, FA Fuji, like most FA concentrates is a lot stronger than the TPA concentrates. FA Fuji shines between 2% and 4%.
This is a nice vape. I mixed everything exact except for Koolada which I only put at 1%. For me the apple is most definitely NOT the dominant flavor. I get a nice peach flavor like biting into a white peach. Not real strong but just a nice peach flavor. I get just the very slightest hint of apple note and I definitely do not taste any strawberry. I've not vaped a lot of Strawberry so I'm guessing I'm probably one of those people that have a hard time tasting Strawberry. I'm curious what .5% CAP Super Sweet or FLV Sweetness would do for this recipe. Might have to try that with the next batch.
Unfortunately, I could not find Apple Fuji, so I swapped it to Apple from TPA. The juice was very harsh for me after 4 days steep, so I adjusted % and came up with the following:
I did my first batch as is and even after a week the koolada was way too much for my taste. I cut the koolada down to .75% for my second go and was perfect for me. Your taste for the koolada may be different of course.

Mixed this up at max VG and 6mg a while back, still had some kicking around. This stuff is pretty damn good, whether it has some steep time or it's freshly mixed. It seems extended steep time does kill a little of the vibrancy of the recipe though, less of a "pop" and the flavor is more one note.
When freshly mixed, there is peach of course, but what was surprising is that I don't get the peach in the forefront. I get even less of the strawberry, however it does round it out overall it seems. For sure, what you're getting here is a lot of that fuji. It's a nice, sharp and bright apple flavor, that's almost candy-like with all of the other fruitiness going on, which doesn't get boring. The koolada is a nice touch but I'd probably lower it a touch, or maybe swap it with some menthol.
Great job, As you said, rounding out the fuji with the peach and strawberry. I get that good fuji without the sharp notes that go along with it. Thanks for the recipe!
Right I had to change it abit as only had tfa green apple and hate koolada as it makes my lungs try to leave my body but a bit of ws-23 and this is awesome thanks
a very good apple recipe!!! As any mixer should I fooled with it a bit and let that Fuji Apple round out the small amount of FLV-Sour Apple I added and switched Koolada with WS23 which i think is a much better cold flavor enhancer, but this of course is user preference. Took me back to those boyhood days with that cool farm fresh green apple inhale and exhale, followed by that dreamy peach and strawberry fields notes, oh how i long for those childhood hot summer days...
a very good receipt!! mixed it original at 18% and i had a weird taste, may be it was the butyric acid of both the TPA flavours.
I lowered down the overall flavour to 14% and everything was fine.
just shaked and vaped and already like it. fruit flavour is not overpowering. as said it's cold, but more refreshing than arctic.
let's see how it is after a bit of steeping.
I just made this but I substituted FA Fuji for CAP Fuji (didn’t have any FA on hand) and I brought the Koolada down to 0.5%. I must say this is pretty good. Will have to eventually try it with FA Fuji, but I could easily see this being my new ADV.
Very nice! I made a variation since i didnt have all the ingredients but kept the ratios same. Used FA Stark apple, TPA Mango instead of peach and smaller manufacturers strawberry/rasberry mix. Came out very pleasurable shake'n'vape and can imagine only getting better steeped!
good recipe, mixed 200ml 3 days ago, but i switched koolada with ws-23, same %, cuz i really dont like koolada, for me ws-23 is better in ice and flavor, also i reduced 1% peach juicy.
This recipe need at least 7 days step in my opinion, cuz Shake and vape this, the peach juicy overwrite the fuji apple, but after 1 day, the fuji comes with all your glory in the flavor, maybe i`ll add 1% fuji for more flavor
