I made this and just tried it without steeping and the pineapple seems overpowering. It's like i can taste only pineapple. Does it need steeping?

I've never tasted this clone so can't confirm whether the pineapple is overpowering after a steep but, judging by several comments on the TPA Pineapple concentrate page (e-liquid-recipes.com/flavor/655) from other mixers who've used it, it's flavour may well calm down after steeping.
However - as again is evident from the same page - some find the flavour too powerful to use while others positively relish it's strength.
In your position, I'd probably leave the top of the bottle for 12 hours to allow some of the volatile elements to evaporate and then give it a week to steep. And if it was still far too strong, I'd consider making exactly the same amount using the same recipe but leave out the Pineapple entirely and then mix the second batch with the first - effectively halving the amount of Pineapple within your juice.

I absolutely LOVE this. Its freaking awesome. After 2 days steep, sealed in the dark, its perfect! Does lose some flavor after a week, just a little, but its still great. I made 60 mill right off the bat. Damn yes!
