From what I googled that cherimoya sounds delicious then paired w/ the already adorned cocopilada oh heck yea ! I am going to need some of this flavor if you can send me a tiny sample this is a part of the ones you got from Poland right ?
Yeah I got it from Poland BUT it is worth ordering direct! Shit it was cheaper than ordering from some places here in the states!
I only got 10ml but I can send ya a taste for sure!
I also know that you will love it, so just order it! Haha
I may be ordering again soon. Now that I know I love all 15 flavors, I'm going to go for the bigger bottles this time! =-)
This is pretty nice. I subbed the cocopilada for INW coconut cookies and the shisha vanilla for Molinberry's creamy vanilla. I have both flavours on the way so I will make it again with all the original flavours ;-) I tried it only 9 days out so I will have to come back to you later after I try the original recipe too.
Thank you! Funny you mentioned the coco cookies. I think they are the same? I just ordered the cookies from Poland and they are identical!? I did a little research and the places that sell Cocopilada, have in their description, "The taste of coconut cookies..."
I have been try to get verification on if this is correct? The Inawera site I ordered from in Poland, did not have any cocopilada, so I'm thinking they are? I have yet to use the cookies or any of my new INW flavors (getting ass kicked at work) but I suppose I will know soon enough!
I haven't had the Molinberry's Vanilla but it sounds like it is close? For me the shisha smells like a rich vanilla pudding.
Cherimoya is so good with creams/custards!! I thank you for that introduction ;)
I plan on doing a remix on this one and raising the cherimoya/custard. For an INW product, it's pretty weak and I have found my minimum to be 5% but I made this before that realization
You ordered your flavours at e-aromashop.com didn't you? I've ordered cocopilada from that website on friday. They describe it as pineapple and coconut, but inawera.com says it has the taste of dry coconut cookies. The coconut cookies are a Yummy Classic flavour, to me it tastes more like coconut cookie dough, so that would make it a wet coconut cookie. They are definitely not the same flavour, unless they would sell the same flavour in two different bottles with different names. I will have to compare the two to find out. The same goes for the shisha vanilla, I haven't used it before.
I agree with you about the cherimoya being weak for INW, if I remember correctly I used 8% in my recipe.
Okay that's good news then! Everywhere else in the States describe it as coconut cookies, so I thought they were the same. I'm very happy to hear I didn't just buy another bottle of something I already have tons of haha
I did order from e-aromashop.com but I must have missed it then. Personally I didn't think it taste anything like coconut cookies and I can definitely agree with the pineapple. I can't wait to use the real coconut cookies and everything else I got :-)
We helped each other then. I can't wait to taste the cocopilada and will revisit this recipe as soon as I get it in. It tastes good with the coconut cookie too, I can tell you that.
Sounds good! I also got a lot of other YC flavors. Do you know anything about Anton Apple? I haven't had much success with apple flavors (fuji doesn't count) and this one doesn't smell too good...very finger nail polish/remover like :(
That doesn't always mean bad though
Ok, I had more time with the coco cookies and I get a slight almond extract smell to it? Like an amaretto. Does this come through in the vape? I'm not a huge fan of almond extract, so I hope not (Imagine my secere disappointment when I just opened the marzipan)
I don't have the Anton Apple, so I cannot help you there. I didn't get any almond taste from the coconut cookies, but I'm quite a fan of almond myself so I might not notice it when it is present in a small amount.
Got the Cocopilada in today, it is definitely not the same as coconut cookies. I can smell the pineapple without opening the bottle ;- ) I will make another batch of this with the original ingredients and see what the difference is. Did you say you wanted to up the Cherimoya?
You are totally correct there!! I was getting over a cold so they both smelled the same to me. I used the cookies for the first time today and it is very different. It has that slight almond not to it and then pineapple with the other :)
I'm actually vaping this right now and it is a screwed up version where I went too high on the Cherimoya, cantaloupe and both custards haha. It worked in my favor though because I like it more!
I went about .10-.12 too high on all of them, so whatever the math is there.
I would make one with Cherimoya @ around 5.5, Cap custard around 3, FLV Custard at 2-2.5, Cantaloupe at 1-1.2 and take it from there
To be honest, I don't think there's a way to screw this one up because they all play very nice with each other! I'm loving this mistake haha
You could also try to raise the pilada if you like? Not too much though because it does compete with the others and I personally prefer it in the background on the exhale.
I just got a dozen DuoMei flavors in and I found out that the Paw Paw I have is from the same family as custard-apple, Cherimoya and ylang! I'm working on something now :)
I just made 6 new Cherimoya mixes that I know will be phenomenal!! I really want to just share them with you now and get your take but alas....have to wait for the damn steep!! Worst thing about DIY!!! lol
the one I have in my tank right now is two weeks old and the custard is deliciously rich! I'm really kicking myself that I didn't buy 100 ml bottle of cherimoya! I have maybe two ml left in my first bottle and only one backup bottle, which at this rate will be gone very soon hahaha
Now I'm trying to convince our friend Jim to snag a bottle himself ;-)
If you go for the 100 ml, I would suggest you buy it at inawera winkel.com and not e-aromashop. E-aroma is cheaper when buying 10 ml but more expensive for the 100 ml. 100 ml of Cherimoya is $36.62 at e-aromashop and $31.71 at inawerawinkel.com. Also if you are a first time customer at inawerawinkel you get 15% off your first purchase. Just so you know, it'll save you some money :-)
I just had a taste of both of the recipes I made. The one with the coconut cookies and creamy vanilla and the one with all the original ingredients, they are both pretty good. The pineapple in the cocopilada just gives it a bit more zest than the cookie version. I will give you 4 stars for the recipe and another one for the spam ;-)
It's like a sweetened fruit custard with cocopilada on top Yum ! I let it steep about a month and 10 days you can say it got away from me :) but it is so good !
fair enough. it seems to be a somewhat obscure flavor - I've never heard of it and haven't seen it in a recipe until now. I'll probably mix this as described less the cocopilada and perhaps pick some up on my next flavor order.
