48 hours, 1 day cap off 1 day cap on and is really good
will have to mix up a large batch really soon as this wont last long
mix 2: added 1% sweet cream
mix 3: subbed 1% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA) for sweet cream
mix 4: upped caramel and VBIC to 2%
