A sweet and sour green apple with vanilla cream background and a twist of lime. Bright, fresh and absolutely delicious, my current ADV.

INW Two Apples is absolutely fantastic, a bit candy-like green apple. Combined with a bit of Fuji it's bliss. A touch of lime and champagne for a bitter, fizzy edge, and marshmallow, meringue and vanilla swirl for a moist, sweet, smooth background.

Steep time 1 week, the Fuji can be a bit harsh before that.
