Happy accident. Not what I was going for but it turned out pretty damn good. Creamy chocolate with the subtle sour aftertaste of actual chocolate milk. I prefer to steep a couple days, but S&V certified.

Joy, to the best of my knowledge and in my experience, adds a "doughiness" and it helps to blend a lot of bakery flavors.

Friends and wife love it, hence the 300ml batch lol
