Bought this recipe pack on Bull City Flavors and mixed it on the first day of summer. Lots of lemon! Like a lemon lollipop. Very nice recipe. What else ya got Vurve? Bring it on
I'm wanting to mix this for a guy I know that is tired of paying for commercial juice. I want to make a 120ml's of this for him. Will the flavor fade to a point where I shouldn't make that much at one time?
Tastes just like lemonade- but I don't like to drink lemonade. I found I love to vape it though. This tastes more complex than you would guess. Thanks for sharing!
i dont understand why people ask if they can substitute flavours. just do it. it will obviously be slightly different from the recipe, but, there is no harm in trying it out.
I ask because sometimes the creator of the recipe might have tried with the substitute and found it did not work out well. I am going to try it though.
Bf finally gave constructive criticism -- found it to be a bit too dry and harsh. Has steeped a little over 1 day. Will this subside with steeping (I know this needs to be vaped within 2 weeks for flavor tho). Anything we can add to help (a lil cactus?) He loves the flavor.
My brother-in-law asked me for a Raspberry Lemonade at the last minute so I decided to make this instead of trying to start from scratch with no time to tweak it. I did add INW-Raspberry 0.5% to give it a bit more raspberry and some super sweet as well. Needless to say he wanted a second bottle by the end of the evening and my father-in-law was begging me for some as well lol! Nice recipe and thanks for sharing, you saved my butt. :)
Made it exactly as per the instructions and it's really great. Don't have a bottle of Elements Pink Lemonade to do a comparison, but from memory it holds up to it and has a nice fizz as well!
Mine seemed to burn out the cotton in my pod pretty quickly :( anyone have this issue? It was the first juice I made so maybe it's on my end but it is delicious!!
A little dry for my taste. It's a great base to change. I felt it was lacking that "punch" of flavor. I think upping the lemon sicilly to 1.5% and adding some SSor EM to give it that sweet lemonade taste I was looking for. Definitely is a great base for someone to give them that lemonade profile and allows them freedom to enhance/change/tweak the flavor as they see fit.
A solid recipe. By no means complex, but it has a refreshingly tangy and understated aroma with a slightly effervescent mouth feel. Almost palate-cleansing with no harshness in my 5mg 65% VG build. Its relative economy when it comes to flavour concentrates and SNV simplicity make it an ADV candidate for me.
Is there another flavor that can be substituted for the Lemon Sicily (FA) that won't crack/melt plastic tanks? More and more people use pods these days and this recipe won't work for them, including me, but I'd love to try it!
Good recipe. It lacks a “full mouth” feel though. Dry I guess like others have said. Also isn’t super “punchy” like you get with something like pink punch lemonade or whatever they call it now. Any idea on what to up/add? Great base though! Thanks!!
