Clone attempt at one of my all time favourite juices, Father Gallon's Ruin from bjuice.co.uk. Reverse engineering with the help of their own description. I'm pretty happy with this, I think it's getting very close but I'm working from memory of the original that I don't have in front of me.
This a heavy full-bore tobacco vape with subtle layers. The core of this fell together from first experiments with a Cam Blend and Perique Black mix. The other components are there to accent the tobaccos and all are important, particularly the Anise and Espresso. I've thrown in a little Latakia for a touch extra smokiness, this may be optional.
v2: going to try with MTS Bitter Wizard removed, the original may be a little sweeter than mine.
bjuice say their version is 7.25% flavour, mine is 8.55% so some of my flavours may be too high, Latakia and Bitter Wizard could possibly be missed out. However this one tastes great as mixed here and hits all the main notes of the original, if maybe not 100% accurately.
Ade (BJuice)'s description of original: quote "This juice is strong, Perique Black and fire-cured tobaccos combine to produce a base flavour of a navy-cut type, heavy and rich, and with 10 other components to the juice it’s quite an assault on the palate. There is some sweetness, there are some high notes, there’s also something of the night about this one. Coffee beans, burnt wood, smoke, cinnamon, burnt caramel are all there, and more, and the hit is unmistakeable, but not unpleasant. Moreish in fact, surprisingly so. v.2 is a slightly sweeter rendition of the original, but with the Perique Black given more prominence in the tobacco base, a long lingering aftertaste of Perique and anise continue, even while vaping a different ejuice.
