The western is strong, but really grows on you. My suggested steep is 11 days or more, though I imagine it will continue to get better (less western and more body) around 3-4 weeks.

This is my adv, and it is so close. Tried this side by side with the original, and couldn't really tell the difference. Although I like to tweak this with using LB Vanilla Ice Cream too.

Thanks for sharing. At the moment my favourite DIY. Subed the Western with Soho 3% and enjoy it more than any other recipe. I never tried the original Capone so can't comment how close this is. But, am searching for any DIY that would come closer to Nasty's Silver which is my favourite vape... .. for the time being this Capone is the closest.
Interestingly, only a handful of people discovered this recipe that is so full of rich vanilla tobacco taste but yet so many praize the Goffy's which in fact is very mild in taste if compared to Capone. Tastes are realy subjective and even mine changes with time. I can vape a juice for weeks and then find smth better and switch for that one. Well it never has become the case with N. Silver neitherv with Capone as well. I made my 2nd batch and still vaping it for 3 weeks now.

A perfect vape here and absolute 5*

This is incredible! My ADV. A sweet, rich tobacco flavor. Never tried the original Capone.

Hey, this recipe looks so simple and I am sure it taste great too, after seeing all the wonderful comments. Was wondering if Western could be substituted with Hongtashan (very strong, earthy smoky) at a very low percent or some other tobacco I have in stock. Also I just got Tfa VBIC wouldn't 8 percent be super strong give off the peppery after taste (so many ppl complain about). Thanks for sharing, recipes like these inspire newbies like me. 🤗

Can't help with Hongtashan as not known to me but in the meantime made a batch with Western... Well for my taste Soho is better, stronger tasting. Go play with it, you cant miss. Try also this recipe: Boker Tov. I finally mixed both, Capone and Boker 50:50 and got to my far best DIY juice. Still, I add a few drops of Nasty Silver and that can't be beaten. Enjoy, Capone diserves more attention of any vaper.

@Vital1312: I think even better, wnated to add the FA Caramel as the flavor list comments for this Caramel put in on top. For my impression and as far I've tested various combinations you can't miss it. The slight differences at the end are a matter of individual taste. Go for it and report.

Very nice recipe. Thanks a lot. In the second batch i added only 4% of vanilla and replaced western by soho, and the results are amazing. Very smooth vape.

Yeah, replacement with Soho does work perfectly, still my best DIY. Actually just vaping it. Will try the idea with lower vanilla.

Never tried the original but that doesn't matter, this is Awesome, one of the best flavours on here, kind of reminds me of "colt" port wine tipped cigars! If that helps anyone. Steeped for 20 days , dunno what it was like before that. One of the nicest rich cigar flavour eLiquid I have ever tried... highly recommended! 5 stars.

Delicious. I feel like it's missing the hint of salt the original has, I'm going to try it will 0.8% saline and see if that gives me the note I'm looking for. Otherwise, spot on! You can shake and vape or let it steep, it gets better with time.
