I know the overall flavour percentage is high but it works.

Inaweras Lemon Cake on its own is just sublime!
A true lemon drizzle cake taste.
This mix is a richer,buttery sponge taste that compliments the lemon cake beautifully! It really shines after a 2 week steep.
