Thanks, I have really enjoyed the finished flavour of this juice, found it works really well after a 3 week + steep.

The bakery elements alongside the custard and creams with the sweet honey torrone flavour blend together perfectly for my tastes

I like Acetyl Pyrazine, but it is noticeable in the finished flavour, so as you suggest best to leave out if it isn't to your taste..

is there another brand we can substitute for the Biscuit (INAWERA)? that flavor is hard to find in the US.
