6 or 10% Ultra-distilled Penta water
Caramel and vanilla, this goes well with EVERYTHING.

Steep time: Very tasty with no steeping at all, richer and creamier and more complex with time. It's most of the way there by 2 weeks.

Mixer's suggested options: 2x flavor, 0x sweet. The flavors here are simply less potent than most, as can be expected from caramel and vanilla especially. I don't like overwhelming flavors but vape this at 2x (5% total flavor) on a regular basis. Vanilla is sweet tasting and caramel somewhat, sweetener is not necessary.

As you may well be aware Open source vapor has been forced to close their doors due to regulations there... this recipe is 100% theirs and was made public by them on their site, all i have done is copy over to ELR to ensure its not lost.
