Xantharon I must say you are dead on with your profile. I steeped it for 1 week and had not really read your notes. But I documented my profile , and noted some changes and then came back to your posting here to realize I wrote almost the same thing. The caramel is almost a sliver of an afterthought. The apple is spot on awesome with that touch of Straw Ripe. I actually want a strong caramel flavor so gonna bump it up 1-2% and test until I hit that balance. Thanks for saving me some time and rare as it is from me this gets a 5!
