Needs a good steep - I've done a week so far and it's getting pretty close. I think another week or so is needed for it to blend properly

I made this yesterday, it's very good. I couldn't wait to steep it properly, so I gave it a warm bath. It is really close, please let us know how it is after a good steep (as I may have to make up a large batch). Well done :)

Cheers for the feedback! After a good steep, the flavorah lime is a little too strong, I'm going to tweak it a bit and give it another try. Like you say, it's almost there, I think I'm just missing one, maybe two, ingredients in small quantities. There's an almost orange / caramel scent to the original.

I'm following this with interest as I'm also working on this recipe. have you tried adding sour (10% malic acid) to the recipe yet? Definitely needs a 2 week steep. I also think there's a tiny hint of menthol in there, along with the coolada.

I haven't no, but I'll give it a try, cheers :)

@worthy hi how do you measure your juice drops or ml? It's just the first batches I made using 26 drops for a ml. The next batches I've made I've dropped the lime flavourah to 1.5% as you suggested and used ml and I must say after 2-3 weeks steeping it tastes even better! This is all my partner and her dad vape and they can't tell the difference from the original now even when vaped side by side in cleito tanks! This truly is a great clone!

Well done sir, great Clone!!
steeped for a week so far and as you said it's getting pretty damn close
I have done another batch with 2 X drops of menthol and 2 X drops caramel per 20ml bottle and it tastes even better although I think I will keep the caramel to 1 X drop per 20ml as the caramel is a little bit too prominent, but I definitely think there is a slight Carmel flavour to the original and Defo menthol

I may even turn the lime concentrate down to 1% instead of 1.5% on my next experiment to see if that makes any difference as you do get a slight lime cordial taste, only very slightly

Great work. This is so close and really nice. Gonna try with a tiny bit of caramel on the next batch.

Hey! Sorry guys I haven't been around much - glad you're getting on well with it. It isn't finished as you say, the caramel is a good shout, but I'm also convinced there's something else in there (keeping this under my hat for the moment until I can test it). It's getting very close and I've more free time at the moment. I'm going to order some more flavours and see if I can get it closer than where it is at the moment. Expect some updates in the next week or so. I've also been working on some more of the FAR series clones :)

Nice can't wait! :)

Nice dude. I'm holding a bit of neon green slushie back for side-by-side tests for my own experiments. Ill update if i uncover anything significant. Would love to see what wizardry you've managed with other FAR clones. I'm awaiting delivery of their red slushie, heard it's great. Again, top work and thanks for sharing.

Hi Worthy/everyone

I've tweaked my recipe to include rainbow sherbet, aurora, caramel and a bit of ecto-cooler. This gives the missing 'fresh' top-note that Ive been trying to get nailed down. the caramel definitely helps with the body.

it now smells identical to the original. I think all the flavour profiles are mostly there, I just need to play with the percentages.

I don't have the Original, but to me this is amazing. Thank you :)

I can no longer access pro greens recipe, was reading with interest?

ive always found going beyond 0.5-0.6 with flavorahs lime is too much in my recipes, just a thought
#18 by simon, Apr 24. 2017, 10:37
Is this recipe still being worked on?
how close is it?
#19 by Morgo, May 18. 2017, 10:56
I made this up, left it for a week to steep put it in my tank and its cloudy. Anyone else had this issue?
#20 by JazziesDad, Jul 12. 2017, 02:15
I first made this up 3 weeks ago, and man oh man, i must have vaped about 150ml of this stuff already. Lime is my thing and i think this is even better than Neon Green Slushie. I love how tangy zesty and refreshing it is. Thank you so much for sharing this!!!!

This is fantastic. I've not tried the original, and i probably won't bother now either, this is so nice. Made a little 30ml tester, so impressed i now have 150ml steeping. Thank for the recipe.

Glad you enjoy it! They actually sell the original now as a concentrate, so you can mix that up at retail quality for reasonably cheap. This from concentrate, and pink lemonade from concentrate are all I vape now.
