Honeydew and a hint of cantaloupe with milky cream. I saw ENYAWREKLAW's 'Honeydewwey' (or 'Honeydew Milk Tea') recipe and wanted to try it, but I didn't have nearly any of the flavorings. So, I created my own version and it turned out pretty good on the fourth try, since then this has been an enjoyable ADV for me.

CAP Honeydew Melon is used at relatively high percentage, 6% is needed to let the ripe, full-bodied and authentic honeydew flavor to shine through the whole mix. CAP Cantaloupe complements the honeydew beautifully, it adds depth, juiciness and a bit of candy-type flavor to the linear and kinda boring Honeydew. 3% will do just that, no more is needed.

FA Cream Fresh and FA Vienna Cream make up the background cream note. Cream Fresh was too light on its own and Vienna Cream had too much vanilla; together at 1:1 ratio they create a pleasant milky cream base for the melons. If you're more into vanilla cream/ice cream note, Vienna Cream can be raised up to 1,5-2%.

Ethyl maltol brightens and sweetens the whole mix and adds a little extra juiciness to the fruits. Pretty much anything over 1% will mute the flavors significantly.

A few days of steeping and you're set.
