Prominent cinnamon candy like a cinnamon jolly rancher with a cool breeze. Strong at these ratios (which I like) but the cinnamon can be dropped down to 2% or bumped up to 7% if your looking for a real strong punch.
The menthol blends very well with this, and at 2% it give that nice "breeze" without taking from the cinnamon. This can be brought down to .5-1% but I find 2% is perfect for this flavor profile.
Bavarian cream is only used to bridge the cinnamon with the hard candy so there's no mistaking this is a cinnamon candy.
The EM helps bring the hard candy up to the level of the cinnamon and I feel it's a must for this particular flavor profile. The sweetener is just there to give it that sweet sugary goodness you get from a jolly rancher
