1. Initially started Lime Tahiti @ 3.5%. way too much rind bitterness for my liking, dropped to 2.5%.
2.Raised Tequila From 3% to 3.5%

Finding Blood Orange a bit weak after 7 days. Going to try 3% next batch to balance BO with limes.
