3-5 days steep. Sweetener is optional, but it is slightly bitter without due to FA Black Tea and Oakwood.

I really quite like it. Would like it a bit more bitter and earthy still.

You could easily raise the black tea another .5-1% to get more of the tea, or dial the plum down .5% or both!

I wonder if the FA black tea will ever get bitter enough for my taste, will comment back if I find a solution. Really good idea though, specially with the fora bias agains INW plum :) Would have it again just as is.

I am thinking a bit of Yam might work.

There's definitely room for messing around! This recipe was just a part of batch testing ideas and was a bit of a happy accident so I really didn't make a bunch of adjustments on it before I posted it.
