Yes I think it could but I haven't tried it before I do know that FE is way more milder than Caps but the sweetness of caps may be a pleasant addition. Hope it works well for ya !

well, at 4 days of steeping, it's already promissing
I only used 0.7 % of fudge and it's just fine I think,
it needs a few days more steeping of course, but like it for now
