@tomkis: I noticed you made a comment on ckemists cream base recipe about being a newbie. Let me just say "welcome"! If there is one piece of advice I can give you its this. you should follow a mixer named Alisa and then look at who she is following and do the same. she is very experienced and always willing to give sound advice.
