Really good Vanilla cake mix. Simple and straightforward. Capella Cake batter seems to share some of the same ingredients as their vanilla custard and pushes the richness in this recipe. Will definitely mix again but I may back off the cake batter a little bit and try adding a little bit more darker vanilla. Great recipe.
