Jim, have you tried your Tribeca clone yet? I've been a Tribeca fan for as long as I've been vaping. This recipe looks pretty simple. I'll need to get a couple of these flavors before I can make it tho. I have the AP and the RY4 DBL
This Graham cracker is the dark version. Usually the other Graham cracker will have (Clear) (TPA) after the name. ; ) I'm actually working on another Tribeca as we speak. It'll probably be about 3 weeks before it's made public. I feel it will be a bit better than this one. : )
Make sure you are using a RY4 Double concentrate direct from TFA; do not use rebottled or rebranded TFA concentrates; they will not taste like the original. : (
Yes. I can say without a doubt, ECX rebottles TFA. Buy directly from The Perfumers/Flavor Apprentice if you want to make sure you are getting properly bottled concentrate. ; ) Same goes with any concentrate, in my opinion.
I had nearly given up trying to make a great vape juice when I tried this recipe. Waited 2 days to try it. This completely changed my mind, love it so much. Drained the whole 30 ml bottle in 2 days, making more now. Thank you sooooo much for this recipe.
Glad you like it! Mix up a batch and forget about it for 4 weeks (shake it every now and again)... you'll be amazed at the difference in flavor... everything melds into an even better vape! Enjoy!
@Jazzy_girl ... if you like the flavor of TPA caramel, by all means, use that. I have never been the type to say you shouldn't try other flavors which might suit you better. ; ) It's all about experimentation. Lemme know how it works out for you.
@Zak ... nope, never tried the FA version... the wife likes the TPA version; she's who I mix this for mostly. And as I stated above... use the caramel which you find pleasant. There are no rules and edit flavors as it you see fit! That's the fun of DIY mixing. ; )
Aged for 2 months & Unfortunately, I don't like it 😟 Think the high RY4D makes it too harsh. There's a chemical note that makes me nauseous. Sorry it hasn't worked out because I'm looking hard for a smooth RY4 like in the old days. May try later with RY4D at 5%
