V2 was good, but had a bit too much blackcurrant. Also, TFA sweet cream seems to work much better than The FW sweet cream used in V2. This time I added FW waffle, dragon fruit, ditched the TFA strawberry and increased the percentage of sugar cookie. As a SNV it's delicious. Can't wait to see how this steeps.

Day 2: the creams are smoothing out, but the waffle is a bit too prominent. Next time, I'll cut it back, maybe even eliminate it completely. I'll also cut the VC back to .5% so that it doesn't overwhelm the cream cheese icing. I think the dragon fruit is adding a slight bitterness so I'd take it out.
