Original is an excellent recipe; I'm just not a big fan of raspberry in general. The INW Raspberry in the original is a bit too too tart and slightly flowery.
I wanted to try this with Bilberry - trying 1.5% to start.
Also subbing Marzipan for almond to increase sweetness.
Added forest fruit: and this is good, possibly too much - slightly too sweet (maybe that marzipan coming through after a few days of steeping.
