The Vanilla Bean Ice Cream may mellow out the lime a bit better without the Toasted Marshmallow as the original had. DX Graham Cracker may give it more of a actual Pie Crust flavor than Cheesecake GC but you may desire to tone it down less than 5%. New York Cheesecake is thicker and has more of a cheesecake flavor than TPA imo and should help add to the whole 'pie' essence.

Erythritol Solution is just sweetener and can be omitted or even adjusted.

This was good as a shake & vape, but I expect it to get better/smoother over a few day steep.
