I really want to try the RY4 Asian, do you like it? Is it similar to double or a different flavor profile altogether? You got me into Ry4 originally, something I never even thought I would like, now my fave thing to make.

I think that its more balanced the butterscotch at 5%.

I think you may be right @DraGonEyeGR...about the Butterscotch...good catch for the next batch! #1...my older browser is not reading your name (just sayin') The RY4 Asian, to me, is a totally different profile than the RY4...I'm only at the experimental stage with it. I'm not liking it as a stand alone...so far...but may get better with a little steep time. I have to say, though, if you love the RY4, then, you will absolutely love Soho (FA)! Sorry, I spelled out my name with those silly letters, it's Amber, but you would remember my older name 'Double A MCO' which I took from the Aamco commercial that was on while making my account :) I am ordering Soho now, all the flavors I order from your recipes I end up loving.
