The Catalan cram is like a vanilla caramel cream with a hint of spice. Vienna cream might work; or you could try a sweet cream/vanilla/dulce de leche combo.
So I got the Catalan Cream and I made both your version and Dookie52's version and with all due respect to Dookie52 I like yours better. I made a seperate version using your recipe and added 1% CAP Apple Pie V2 (I love this flavor) It's something totally different but I like it. Now I make both lol
@JorgueNYC. Apple pie is a great suggestion! - especially at the low % it is a good pie crust and a bit of sweetness. I have some V1 cap apple pie in my stash and will give it a try. TYVM
