Originally copied off somewhere, decided to tinker with it a bit. The dragonfruit needed some additional berry notes and the cream base needed to be fuller. I also toned down the dragonfruit, 14% was absolutely not needed.
in this way:
basic ingredients - dragonfruit(8%/8%), strawberry(2%+Ripe2%/5%), vanilla swirl(4%/3%), bavarian cream(2%/2%), sweet cream (1%/2%); and only specific difference is in 1% Marshmallow
I fairly clearly indicate where my inspiration came from. The recipe you link also seems to be made 5 months after mine, so I'm having trouble seeing your point?
I consider the question not in terms of "Which was coined early", but "What is better known." And in general it turns out that it's the same Faberge, but from different angles...
its about 95% close, almost spot on the original Sucker Punch maybe a little bit more dragon fruit or PG will do the difference. But this is surprisingly good! thanks @CoocoBill you made it almost perfect mate!
абсолютно. перелил недавно в один замес драгонфрукт и теперь его не переношу. а оценка чтобы самому снова случайно его не намешать запамятовав.
перепоставил 4 бала. хотя по факту на 1 не тянет лично для меня.
I didn't quite have enough dragonfruit for a 30ml like I thought I did, so for the remaining mls I used INW Dragonfruit. NOOOOPE. INW has this floral taste and I do not like it. So far the only INW flavor I don't like.
So yeah just a warning for anyone wanting to sub for INW Dragonfruit. It's not BAD, but not near as good as using all TFA Dragonfruit.
to aaaps, "кислый и противный привкус драгонфрукта" - это фломастеры... мне наобормот - очень нра... ваще больше кисленькое предпочитаю сладкому - жаль с Гибискусом рецептов что-то не видать
French vanilla doesn't have the creaminess and is much stronger on the vanilla flavor, it won't be quite the same. You could try subbing it with vanilla bean ice cream though.
Hard for me to comment really, I haven't tried this recipe in ages. It's waaay too strong and harsh in subohm tanks and drippers. Maybe I'll try updating it at some point.
@Cocco...I loved this..I build my own coils..I vaped it on a 0.3 ohm build and didn't think it was harsh at all..maybe the dragon fruit made it harsh for you?..maybe up the vg a touch and lower the pg?..thx for the recipe..:)
why am i seeing strange percentages for the added pg and vg in this recipe ? If the flavors total 20% and the pg nic shown 3%...then why is the additional pg showing as 9.8% instead of the logical 7% i would expect to see for this 30/70 recipe. Also note that the VG Dilutant is listed as 67.2% rather than 70%
WTF? Where in the flavorings listed is that mystery 2,8% VG content ?
On that same question... It would be real nice for us diy'ers to have something showing like a red asterisk or notation for flavors that have partial VG content.
I dont know maybe its just a glitch somehow generated in only this recipe ????
If possible, it would be great if the software would automatically default to the manufacturers spec when a given mfrs flavor is being used thus not allowing anyone to accidentally check the 'other' box.
or have the program show us an asterisk or something when the flavor deviates from the mfrs standards.
Anyway, you're doing a great job with this website. I love it
I mixed a 5ml sample yesterday but subbed the TPA Sweet Cream with a Capella one.
I was a bit sceptical at first because of the strawberry in it but it's actually really tasty. In fact, I just mixed another 2 30ml bottles but upped the Dragonfruit to 9% on one bottle and 10% on the other one because for my taste the strawberry was just a tiny bit too present.
None the less, great recipe! Thanks for sharing!!!
Much better, 14% dragon fruit is fucking crazy talk lol, harsh isn't Even close, you don't need 14% of any flavour period, the most I have ever used in one flavour is 8% and that's a custard, 14% lol
Back with the results of my tinkering.
I mixed 3 bottles and only changed the % of the dragonfruit. (8%, 9% and 10%). I skip the testing and go straight to the result:
Freshly mixed the strawberry is a bit too present like i said but after about 3 to 4 days the 8% mix was the best of them.
Lesson learned: be patient^^
It's an ADV for me in my beloved Noisy Cricket with the Indestructible RDA.
MarlDaeSu.. I know what u mean and I think I know just what it is missing = £14.99 on top of the £0.99 it cost to make lol, pip must be laughing her little tits off, I mean what a shower of shit of a joke lol, she is robbing people and Dick Turpin hasn't got a look in lol, it still amazes me how juice vendors think it's ok to charge what they do, it's costing them nothing to produce really, it's not like they are running machinery all day on diesel, no over heads at all, she says she does all the mixing so employing a mixer is out lol, so maybe her tipping concentrates into a bottle is well deserving of that high price tag lol, what a scam, and she dare say she's all for vaping and helping people, how is it helping people if they can not afford to buy it lol, many company's are doing amazing juices at £20 per 100ml in uk and it's awesome juice, you need to pay by credit card to buy her juice lol
This is a fantastic recipe. Haven't really enjoyed any of the recipes on here that are predominantly dragon fruit based so this surprise the hell out of me.
Tastes great and from what I can remember very close to the original. Awesome job!
this recipe has staying power. all my friends love it. the other day i was sitting at my local vape shop and i heard some dudes talking about a juice called SUCKER Punch! i was like :) thanks again! great work!
This look delicious. I have all the flavors, but my Dragon Fruit is from Vaping zone. Could I sub them? The VZ DF is more potent though, so maybe 2% VZ suggest 5% as a stand alone flavor.
20% flavoring is pretty steep. I cut the flavors by 30% and it's still tasting just as good. I'll probably try to take it down to 12% total flavoring from the 14% I'm at now.
Very nice recipe, haven't tried the original, but from trying other flavors by suicide bunny it feels like it could be a recipe made by them.
I have steeped for 12 days, I really like the taste, but I feel the bavarian cream could settle a little better, maybe it needs a little more time, or maybe it's just my preference to taste the bavarian cream a little more.
I gave this a 20 day steep and it turned out great! It's been a couple months since I've had the "real" one but it tastes very close if not the same to me!
HEY SO I DONT HAVE VANILLA SWIRL BUT I HAVE TFA VANILLA CUSTARD AND CAP VS VANILLA CUSTARD AND VANILLIN AND VANILLA BEAN ICE CREAM WHAT SHOULD I USE TO SUB?!!!??!ONE
Habe bestimmt schon ca. 5 Sucker Punch Rezepte schon gemacht.
Have everything except for Sweet Cream... damn this sounds good I'd be afraid to omit it even at the 1% it has. Added it to my already long shopping list.
Don't know the original but this one is absolutely delicious, this helps me tremendously to keep on DIY mixing after being disappointed with some other top rated recipes. Thank you!
