This is my original recipe, I just took forever to post it here(lazyness) after posting it on ATF. This is my take on Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Its pretty god damn good. Lots of stuff in it. Some cinnamons. Some crunches. Other things too.
I've been forcing people to try different versions of this recipe for the last month and this is by far the best and most authentic. A sharp cereal with a touch of milk, works as a Shake and Vape but really forms after two or three days. I recommend it to everyone.

About to test this out now, I accidentally used bav cream though...was putting the concentrates away and realized it...ill have to do another mix, but see how this turns out anyways
Made this stuff this afternoon, and it's indeed pretty good right off the bat. It tastes delicious and smells like it too. Mixed fresh like this, the vapor and liquid smell like those little cookies you get (at least here in The Netherlands) when you order a coffee at a restaurant. Really nice, thanks for making this public!
Saw the hype and bought everything to make this did a 30ml at the recommended % and did a 10ml at max VG to see the difference.

SnVape the cinnamon is very light, no crunch at all and the cream is very heavy which is expected with this much cream in it. I'll give it a few days to settle and try dripping it again.
In my cleito 120 tank at 110 watts SnVape I get heavy cream, light cinnamon almost like a bearclaw pastry. The flavor seems much better so far in my tank at the recommended % but I have to confess I highly prefer the flavor of e juice in my tank compared to the dripper.
I'll report back in couple days after it gets time to steep and blend together properly. Hopefully this comes together and starts to shine
Let the bottle steep til today and don't see what the hype is with this recipe. I've finally learned the hard way for the last time not to go off of what Wayne says is a good juice. My tastes just don't match up to his at all.
I'm sure there will be people who love this recipe, it just wasn't for me at all
This reminds me of working in Norman Wells on the MacKenzie River! the camp kitchen smelled like 50 years worth of every breakfast food and cleaning products i love it : ) should mention i left out Pie Crust cuz aint got it might try FA apple pie as a test sub (its basically crust) THANK YOU protag!!
Thanks a lot. I just mixed this yesterday and after testing it a few hours after mixing I decided to make a bit more to steep. This is the best tasting fresh juice I've had. I normally can't vape any juices I've just mixed.
Freakin' delicious! I vaped it right after I mixed it and it was good. By two days it was delicious. Need to make more next time because the 120ml was gone in 3.
Dude I'm at work today at I get a message from my wife saying hunny I'm never buying juice again if yours tastes like captain crunch all the time! My compliments to the chef here man 👍👍
I purchased the community recipe pack from Bull City Flavors and am I glad I did. Made a 30ml test batch and after an over-night steep it is quite fantastic already. I'm gonna let it steep and finish off the 30ml before I make a 250ml. Trying to find a replacement for my wife's Atomic Apple Spice (16mg Dripper) addiction. What can I say... she likes that mouth-to-lung throat hit. Thanks again for posting it everywhere. Best regards.
Just mixed this up. Nice recipe! Look forward to seeing how this develops. I skipped the Pie Crust (TPA) because it landed on the reddit list of “flavors to avoid”. The recipe tastes pretty damn good even with the omission. It brought me back to some of those first CnnmTsCr flavors I had when I first started vaping. Thanks for sharing.
