My friend had an idea of a vanilla custard he wanted to imitate and presented me with some recipes to adapt from. We adapted and tweaked for about a year and came to this final result which is a very creamy and delicious vanilla custard which I myself have come to greatly appreciate as an adv.

It needs a LOT of steeping. Give it at least 2 weeks but 3 is better.
