Notes
I like to taste strawberry in my vapes. Something cream- or custard-heavy with a wisp of berry is not what I'm after. I used all of the strawberry flavors I currently have in my pantry.
Distilled White Vinegar and FA Blackcurrant added for juiciness - aka the Shite. Saline added because salt.
Perhaps an hour in a hot tapwater bath, shake daily 3-4 days. Leave it alone for a month and vape. Simple.

Edit : I actually mixed this liquid. I'm willing to give it a shot. No thanks to the dickend who gave it 1-star, minutes after the recipe went live.

Update : Mixed March 14, tried April 12. Initial tasting, I am getting a very 'green' upfront note, akin to unripened strawberry or the leaves on a strawberry. This comes from the Jungle Flavors regular Strawberry. I've spent the better part of this morning heating (1 hour), shaking (2 full minutes by hand, 3 or 4 times) and breathing (4 hours) and this note has certainly lessened.
This has a slight note of mint or menthol, yet none has been added.
So far, this is a pretty interesting failure.

Another update : Between the middle of April and the first week of May, I played around with the 30ml of this I had originally made. I've gradually added 0.5% FW Cotton Candy, 1% FA Forest Mix, 0.5% FW Hard Candy, 1% TPA Marshmallow, 0.5% TPA Smooth - one flavor every 2-3 days, allowing the juice to sit and age to incorporate the new flavoring. It hasn't helped. lols.
Latest testing rig : Velocity rda w/ dual Kanthal tiger wire (26g round w/ 0.9mm/0.1mm flat), 0.45Ω @ 60w with the airflow less than halfway open.
Back to the testing phase...

Only mix this if you are certain a juice cannot be bad when it contains reasonable percentages of TPA bavarian cream, TPA sweet cream, CAP vanilla custard v1 and TPA vanilla swirl.

Thanks for the info. I would not have minded if the person had commented "This mix is akin to sewage runoff." or something like that. The one-star rating just seems so petty and childish.
