This is an adaption from the recipe by Scorpion30. Boosted most values by 1% to increase the flavour, as I found that when using a 70/30 3mg base, the result was a tiny bit less tasty than what I'd like. Cotton Candy was left at 1% to avoid sweetening the recipe too much.

I usually do 100ml, so 16ml flavour and 84ml base is what I go for.
