Wow what a great recipe this turned out to be,it’s the first time that I’ve used that FA Custard Pi and I’m really impressed with the flavour. This has become a beautiful lemon custard with just the slightest hint of lime which is a flavour that I don’t normally like but in here it’s subtle and not artificial. Great bakery background too. Thanks mate for sharing your recipes and hard work.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is my favorite version of the "dinner lady lemon tart" so far, even don't like the original ones because of the excessive sweetness.
I replaced custard Pi (fa) with custard (crema pasticcera) in the same percentage and graham cracker (cap) with graham cracker clear (tpa ) and meringue (fa) with meringue (tpa)...
I made some recipes with lemon and toasted marshmallow before and I realized that I really like that combination of flavors... toasted gives the lemon a special charm and depth... well done!
