I've made this with the substituted whipped cream 2% and vanilla swirl 1% as you suggested as I haven't got cap vanilla whipped cream and it's spot on can't wait for a few days steep good work fresh

Its surprisingly tasty after 24hrs .. Mine's 6 days now and its getting nicer by the day . I recon after 14 days it wil be bliss ..I used 1.5% tfa cheze ck grm crkr and 1.5% cap NY chze ck .. I love both ..lol..
The 2% b/c is spot on .. doesnt even need tweeking, we love our b/c in UK

This has turned out really well, Trying it again after just over 2 weeks ,, the cheescake and vanila whipped cream is yummy but B/currant has faded a bit for my taste so added another .5 and its banging.. Might up the next bottle to 2.5% FA B/c from the off, It turns a crazy bright orange colour during steep then gets much darker .. Good shyt Fresh, Thanks man.
