Notes
This is what i vape when im sick or my allergies are bad, it clears my sinuses immediately. Sometimes ill adjust the flavor percentages to 20% but this usually does the trick. The pain you feel is the medicine working!

I drip @ .3ohms so it is pretty strong. Great shake and vape but will benefit from a couple days curing time. Hope you enjoy!

It is a bit potent but when my nose holes are all clogged up i make it a bit stronger. No fruits or anything as i cant taste them when sick or allergied up, hehe.

Glad it worked out for you, bud. You can drop the %'s down a bit and add some fruit if you like. Its an easy recipe to switch up.

What strength/percentage is TPA's Menthol? I've got a 10% Menthol solution from Nude Nicotine. I'm trying to figure out how much of it I should use in this recipe. I've looked for TPA Menthol on several sites to find out, but it's not listed. I'm making this for someone else, so I don't want to overdo it. TPA's Menthol's Flavor Notes don't provide any information about its strength, so I was hoping someone who owns it knows.
btw, I don't have FW's Extreme Ice, so I'm using MBV's. I saw that could be used as a 1:1 substitute. I halved the % and added MBV's Candy Cane, a Peppermint flavor, in an equal amount. I thought it would add flavor while keeping things chilly. The person I'm making this for loves menthol, so this isn't for sinus-clearing. Because of that, I'm wondering if this is too much menthol?
Thanks for sharing your recipe!

This stuff is great. It's like inhaling a blizzard. Awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Would this be close to the Artic Blizzard juice from USA Vape Labs? Been looking to DIY some of that so I can stop spending mass amounts of $$

Hi, i have the same problem as @pktech, can i use as substitute LB menthol , CAP menthol , FW menthol, FLV cool menthol or FA Arctic Winter. Which one would you recommend and in what percentage? Thanks.

Great, great recipe. I opened this on day 10 and it's just wonderful. I like the simplicity, great taste and strong menthol hit. Made this in a 30/70 vg/pg base at 6mg and enjoying it thoroughly, without a cold. Will try it next in a 50/50 base as i think the smoothness of more vg will take this a step further. This recipe beats out a lot of commercial juices I've tried. Also thinking of using this recipe as a base with a fruit note and see if that kicks it up a notch. I really like this, thanks for sharing it.

I made 30 ml of this in 50/50 PG/VG with 3% of LorAnn's Green Apple. Was a great vape with the hints of Granny Smith apples, though next time will probably take the flavoring to 5% to bring out more. I'm thinking any flavorings with some tartness to them will work very well into this recipe. Ice Ice Baby is entering into my regular brewing rotation for my vaping enjoyment. Thanks again, Ken.

Thank you, Ken! I switched out the Koolada for WS-23 and almost fell off my couch and into an ice bath - fantastic recipe!!
