Newbie here just getting ready to place my first order for supplies and try this new world of DIY... Ingredients for this one are in the cart :) Any feedback from you on how it turned out? Wife will be the mixologist in the family... I just type up the recipes for her to try...

I have an issue here, I didn't try this recipe yet, but I tried Cappuccino FA before at 3% and it was quite weak, so I am a bit stunned here not sure if 3% is over flavoured so it was weak, or your recipe is low on coffee?
biso- Cappuccino is not a strong "coffee" flavor as it focuses a bit more on the cream than the coffee. It is really useful in that respect, because I needed both elements to pair with Up, which is Incredibly strong on the coffee note and far weaker on the back round bakery note. Together, they make a fantastic combo. Now, as the single flavor suggestions range a great deal, I cannot tell you if you over flavored it or not. There are some flavors that for some users less is far more. Take FA Butterscotch for example. At .25-.50% that flavour pops for me like no one's business. But at 3%, I'm vaping unflavored. For a long time I did not think I would ever be able to enjoy Butterscotch in a vape and it made me really sad. Thankfully, a passing comment by someone in a diy group made me revisit FA Butterscotch at .50%. I was thrilled when that tiny little percentage worked. Opened up a whole new world for me. So, whatever it's worth, You will not miss the coffee taste in this recipe. I guarantee it.
Thank you Chapel for the enlightening and elaborate response, yes I did notice that, at 3% the creamy part was so overwhelming, and coffee was so mild, I think I will take that into consideration and use it at the low end of the spectrum, and if I want more coffee I may add FA espresso at 0.5%.
And thank you very much for the heads-up about the Butterscotch, I have the same exact problem, I use it at 2-4% with no success as most recipes call for about that percentage, will try the 0.5% and wait to be amazed :D
Thank you again :)
If ya like your coffee frothy then this is your vape. Had it in the Kayfun 5 and it tastes just like a frothy coffee for a Nespresso machine. The FA Up brings a really interesting mouth feel as well as the main bulk of the coffee. Fortunately I have enough con for several liters of this.
The caramel fa that you use is it called Carmel caramel fa? I’ve just put an order in I just want to make sure I’ve ordered the correct one I’m just a beginner at DIY and I can’t wait to try your recipe also with the steeping do I just put it in a dark place for 14days withlid off for 24 hours then lid back on I’ve made a few recipes but I think I’m steeping it for to long I’m doing something wrong it’s not turned out very nice I hope I get this one right any advise would really help me thankyou and thankyou for sharing I’m still learning how to use this site also so much to learn
Yes, Flavour Art Caramel is the flavor you want Tara! You can find it here:
https://www.bullcityflavors.com/caramel-fa/
Also, there is no need to steep flavors with the cap off. When you are done mixing, get the bottle all together and shake like crazy, then set it in a dark place. You can shake it every once in a while if you happen to think of it during the steep time, but it won't hurt anything if you forget. Just make sure to shake it again before each time you start using it. Im sorry your first attempts didn't go well, but you should know that you are not alone! Keep trying and you will get really good! I can suggest that you use the forum on this website to learn, or join some FB groups to learn and grow. Some I can recommend are:

Where is bullcityflavours locatet?? I’m in Melbourne Australia so I don’t won’t to have to order from overseas if I don’t have too I found the caramel on a website in adalaide but it’s called Carmel caramel fa hope it works the same I can get caramel Capella or caramel tfa or caramel fw if any of those can sub the caramel fa I’m just hoping the Carmel caramel fa will do the job as I’ve already ordered it
Oh Wow! It, and I are in the United States and and mainly just wanted to malke sure you got the same product. And, I also looked it up on Flavour Art's website! It IS Carmel Caramel!

Hey just me again with shaking I’ve seen some really crazy ideas for shaking eliquid but is all that nessacerry? I can’t spell that word properly sorry or is just shaking the bottles my hand good enough and how often if I’m just doing it this way is enough?
I love this recipe but I would like some sugar with my coffee lol I find the coffee is strong what can I do can I make it not as strong the coffee or add sweetener to this recipe can you help me with this and % of what I can add or subtract because I don’t really know how to play around with recipes yet so any help would be appreciated thankyou it’s been two weeks I couldn’t wait any longer I had to try this today and I give you 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very good well done just abit strong for me
I actually can taste something sweet coming through this what gives it that maybe I could just add some more of whatever gives it that sweetness I really have no idea but honestly really enjoying it
The more I vape this the more I don’t think it needs any changes I’ve just made another batch I’m going to leave it abit longer this time if I can be patient
Tara- thank you so much for all your posts! It looks like I was asleep during the last three! I am so glad the sweetness came through for you! If you do feel it needs more sweetness at some point, you could up the FA Caramel or the FA Meringue by .25%, or both .. I would start with one or the other, but I am glad you are enjoying it, thank you so much!
Exactly as the name implies! Damn Good Coffee! Mixed this up a month ago and tried it today for the first time. Really Really nice! Will add to my Keepers list for making more! Thanks for sharing! Awesome coffee vape !
Well it must be a couple a months since making this and yes still vaping her and loving her, Made one variant with some cooling agent to make a Frappe, Looking good so far.
I knew this had potential after the first vape, but it was a little underflavored for me. I doubled the flavor total, added a little Ethyl Maltol for sweetness and Smooth to blend the flavors.
Very satisfied. Here's a link my variant: tjek.nu/r/qW6N
I'm also using TPA/TFA flavors in lieu of FA, which your mix is based on, so that's probably why the flavors seemed weak to me the first go round. (I'm used to flavor totals being in the 20% range on my most of my DIY mixes.) I'm at just 11.5% with this variant but there's plenty of flavor.
Hello there! It seems like I can't find the UP Coffe concentrate anywhere in my country, but I also noticed that it is used in a fairly low percentage. Could I skip this one concentrate or replace it with some other coffee (e.g maybe Dark Bean Espresso coffee from FA?). It also happens to have the butterscotch concentrate. Do you think it would work if I used this one instead of Caramel? Thx for your input and time anyways :)
Stave is- you could definitely use FA Dark Bean Espresso @ the same percentage, should work fine! Also, go ahead and sub the caramel for the butterscotch. I hope it comes out great!
Hi Chapel, how's it going? I found all the ingredients, except for FA cappuccino (it seems to be sold out everywhere here in Brazil). Do you think it'll be way different without it?
Chipgorille, it will definitely be different... cappuccino is a milky sorta coffee....perhaps sub with FA Bavarian Cream @.50% + FA Chocolate donut at .50%?
Joe Van Klee- It’s a toss up and depends on my mood.... I really love the double double because I like my coffee with a smidge of hazelnut cream...
