Medicine Flower Caramel is the best caramel I've ever tried and it makes this mix really shine IMHO.

You can also click the small blue button in the upper right to adjust the quantity you wish to make, as well as nicotine levels, by choosing "adapt this" from the drop down menu. 30PG/70VG is the recommended ratio.

Note: I replaced the original Caramel (FA) with Medicine Flower Caramel and used the DX version of Bavarian Cream (TPA).
