Notes
Thought about it a little more before I actually mixed it, and decided to give this one a shot over the v1. Shake and vape is pretty fucking spot on. Indigo is about 20 minutes from me, so I might have to run a buy a bottle to test side by side. I've seen a few people say this is their Holy Grail for DIY tobaccos, but I had never seen Hongtashan mentioned. Definitely the missing ingredient. I got in to diy to make this juice, and I had tried everything that everyone said they thought it could be. This is the closest I've ever tasted.

Never tasted the original but it's safe to say this is a great tobacco recipe. Enough spice and smoke notes witha little bit of sweetness.
Well done!

Have you or do you know a recipe for inigo eastwood?

After Indigo Vapor closed their doors, I went looking for some clones. I have tried almost all their flavors over the years and this comes very close to "The Duke". Nice job! Like @Pilot, I am still searching for an "Eastwood" clone. I have a 30ml bottle left that I have been saving for a special occasion and may have to try and think through all the nuances of that and give it a shot.

@blarneystone any chance you could make that recipe public please?

CamV6, I pulled it from a public recipe because it changed after steeping 30 days. Still a work in progress, but if I come up with something worth posting public again I will put it out there.

I have never tried the duke but heard good things about it. I decided to get the ingredients and mix this up. I’m not sure how much it will change from steeping but after mixing and leaving for a few hours and then giving some a vape I can say this is really really good. If this is even close to what the duke tasted like then now I regret never having tried it. I will be enjoying this for awhile since I mixed up 250ml, and I’m glad I did. This is a very good tobacco.

Well I made and steeped this for well over a month as it happens. It’s excellent. I’d happily mix it again and i very rarely mix anything twice. I was highly sceptical about 2% AP and I had to fight the urge to use less very hard but I’m glad I managed to find enough decency not to eff up the recipe of someone who is far more talented at this caper than I, because it really works. Thanks for their recipe, I’m really enjoyed it

Camv6 did you try it from time to time as it was steeping? If so can you tell me if you noticed a change at all? Or a change from when you first made it till now? This is really good, just was wondering what to expect as it steeps since I made enough that it will probably get a fairly long steep with all the other juice I have to vape.

No, i made 50mls and it sat steeping, untroubled by human hand

Archane, I have been playing around with this for 10 months as a base into making an Eastwood clone. Not much success at this point on Eastwood. I have tried this recipe off the shake, after 2 weeks and after 30 days. Here are my thoughts. The Tobacco Symphony is a pretty strong flavor off the shake and tends to fade some, blend and enhance the Black Fire over time. I think the Tobacco Symphony also has a fairly high percentage of AP in it to begin with so that somewhat overpowers the flavor early on, but fades some as it steeps. Having tried all approaches, I prefer it after 30 days, it just seems more matured and well balanced at that time line.
