Hi , really glad I found this on elr and thanks for posting , I've been making my own juice for a few years now and really enjoy it , my wife bought me a bottle of Loaded Cranapple and I loved it , tried to recreate it a few times and as I read your recipe I found out it was just the wrong apple I was using , made a 30ml test and found the cran a little too strong and the apple slightly muted so i upped the apple just a little and lowered the cran just a touch and now it seems spot on , it tastes great as a shake n vape but after a few days steep although the flavours have changed very little that lip smacking sweetness has come through lovely , defo an ADV for me , thanks again for posting.

Hi @convenient Vaping & friends

I have original Loadad Cran Apple with me and my mix of the above not tasting the same.

However, I used Fuji (Cap) and Cranberry (FW) instead of your recommendations.

* Loaded is clear in colour, my mix is not, yellowish - is this beacuse of my substitutions? Is the final mix following this recipe exactly turning out clear for you guys?

*Loaded seems to have a cooling effect on the exhale, which I'm not getting with my mix. If I had used the right ingredients, is there that cooling effect? Or is there an ingredient missing from this recipe? (its not a minty cool, but something there)

*I made a second batch, but added Pear (TFA / TPA) as it smelled like something in the Original Loaded. Its tasting a bit better than the other batch not Loaded tho, and I could be imagining it but slight twang of that cooling effect I was talking about. Possibly a missing ingredient? Maybe not.

* All flavours seem quite muted - what is the recommended steep time? (Im on 3 n half days atm).


At the end, both mixes are tasting alright. they do taste cranberry apple, but not Loaded Cranapple by a long shot. Would using the actual ingredients listed above make that much of a difference? And do they provide that cool on the exhale? The original is one of my fave vapes, would love to get this right.

Any advice?

Nothing is more annoying then when I get a comment saying this doesn't taste right and then I look and see none of the flavors your using are the correct flavors from my recipe they are not interchangeable I used what I used for a reason I have the flavors your using and there not even close use the correct flavors before you decide to throw in your two cents about how a recipe should taste.

AS STATED ABOVE THE INGREDIENTS ARE NOT I REPEAT ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE THEY ARE USED FOR A REASON IF CAPS CRANBERRY WORKED I WOULD HAVE USED IT BUT I DIDN'T FOR A DAM REASON. THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE RECIPE SO YES CHANGING JUST ONE INGREDIENT WILL GIVE YOU A VERY DIFFERENT OUTCOME ALL CRANBERRYS ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE I HAVE THEM ALL AND USED THEM ALL WHILE DEVELOPING THIS RECIPE TFA CRANBERRY FA FUJI NOTHINGS ELSE WHY EVEN COMMENT ON MY RECIPE IF YOU DIDN'T USE THE INGREDIENTS LISTED IT HAS NO FLAVOR BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T MAKE MY RECIPE.

Listen I usually don't care but I'm just sick of people commenting on a recipe and saying it doesn't have flavor or it's not right and then seeing they didn't even use the correct ingredients I'm not trying to be an asshole but I would never comment on someone else's recipe to critique it if I didn't make it correctly to begin with. The cranberry is what makes this recipe though and cap's isn't the same.

I find it really good. very similar to the original.
