directly after mixing I didn't like it at all due to an artificial candy like flavour. After steeping it for a few days it suddenly is delicious! :D

Yea, it takes a few days for the strawberry to calm down (hence the notes lol). I'm glad you like it.

When you say lemon juice, what are you referring to?

Citric Acid. Actual lemon juice (raw, preservative free...). Just a couple of drops per 10ml

i forgot about mine and left it to steep for 2 weeks accidentally after finding it and trying out it taste like stale popcorn lol ever get that?
