Direct from e-cig forums. Only modifications were minor substitutions for what I had on hand. Don't usually even steep this one much, pretty good after just sitting closed on the shelf for a day.

Any sub for that vinegar?

Haven't made this one in years. I found that e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/32660/Light+Lightning+Cannon is better. But if you want to make this one, you can just leave the vinegar out, or use a bit of vape wizard instead.
